As the spread of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, continues to be a growing concern across the country, we're taking extra precautions to protect our staff and our community. Effective today, March 16, all members of the Systems Engineering team will be transitioning to a remote work environment. All product lines, NAVICA® MLS, NAVICA Streamline AMS® and NAVICA® Web Solutions will be supported during this time.
Support will be available via e-mail, chat and telephone. E-mail and chat will be the most immediate methods, with phone calls only experiencing the slightest of delays. When calling into our office you will hear an abbreviated, automated message that will prompt you to leave your return call information. Please leave your name, your telephone number, the MLS you belong to and purpose of your call. Calls will be monitored throughout our business day and calls will be returned promptly.
